Цель исследования состоит в агрегации данных об экспертизе Республики Беларусь в сфере космической деятельности, определении сложившихся подходов к администрированию национального космического законодательства, перспективах его развития, готовности образовательной среды к подготовке специалистов в сфере космического права. Основу методологии исследования составляют метод правового моделирования, а также формально-юридический, сравнительно-правовой и герменевтический методы. Основными научными результатами являются оформление актуального представления об экспертизе Республики Беларусь в сфере космической деятельности, сформированное видение отрасли космического законодательства, вектор по наполнению «космическими компетенциями» непрофильного образования. Областями применения полученных результатов видятся нормотворческая деятельность, образовательный процесс, документы государственного прогнозирования. 

The aim of the research is to aggregate data on the expertise of the Republic of Belarus in the field of space activities, to determine the established approaches to the administration of national space legislation, the prospects for its development, and the readiness of the educational environment to train specialists in the field of space law. The foundation of the research methodology consists of the method of legal modeling, as well as formal-legal, comparative-legal, and hermeneutic methods. The main scientific results include the formulation of a current understanding of the expertise of the Republic of Belarus in the field of space activities, the developed vision of the space law sector, and the direction for filling non-profile education with “space competencies”. The areas of application for the obtained results are seen as legislative activity, the educational process, and state forecasting documents.
